During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms at this hotel. The customer service was impeccable, with warm and sincere staff. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel is conveniently located in a vibrant area, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby.
The carpets had noticeable stains and the curtains were dirty, which took away from the overall ambiance. there were some issues with cleanliness, as I found hair leftovers on the bed and in the bathroom.

Quirkyness of hotel, layout. Room size and location of hotel.
I didn't think the rooms were up to standard from how they looked on the website - stain on carpet and surfaces not very clean looking, walls marked, not great for our first couple of nights of our honeymoon. However the rooftop bar was amazing and staff friendly, not a bad hotel, just more wear and tear than one would expect from a nearly new hotel.

The location was perfect, situated in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern and elegant decor that I absolutely loved. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini-bar, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy sitting area. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I had no complaints about my stay at this hotel. It provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic time staying in a lovely hotel located in the heart of Chinatown. the hotel was conveniently located near two MRT stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved being close to the Hawker market, where we could sample delicious and affordable local food. the hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with unique art on the walls that added to the ambiance. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had access to great facilities, such as a rooftop bar and a cozy cafe.
There were some noise issues from the street outside, which disturbed our sleep at times.

Nice size bathrooms and simple uncluttered rooms. Love the location in one of the hippest yet quaint street in Singapore, amongst the mayhem of Chinatown yet perfectly measured, "civilized" and trendy
all the led screen lights around the rooms from phone, tv, alarm and other display, as well as the street light coming in through the bathroom glass door, altogether providing too much of a glow at night to allow for peaceful "lightless" sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was incredibly clean and had modern facilities. We loved the location, as it was close to everything Chinatown has to offer. Additionally, it was easy to get around the city as it was close to two MRT stations. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfasts were delicious and we especially enjoyed the English variant. The hotel also had beautiful art on the walls, adding to the overall ambiance.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The location was very good in the Club Street area of Singapore with a nice selection of local restaurants.
Despite the presumed luxury label, the management insisted on allowing the bar/club on the rooftop to blast thudding, bass-heavy music from 10PM until 2AM 4 nights in spite of my complaints that they turn it down at midnight. It ruined each night and the entire stay. They put the bar patrons ahead of their own guests. Selfish bad manners != luxury or "fashion"

The design and decoration are specific and fashionable.
No air-con from the lift to the room, hair dryer can not be used.

Good location close to sightseeing and dining options. free Wi, Fi and air conditioning were provided.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned, stains on the linens, and old facilities. the staff was not welcoming and did not provide enough information during check, in and check, out.

I was pleased with the service of the staff. I had requested for a king bedded or queen bedded room, however I was given 2 singles. I called the reception and they tried their best if they could change the room for me. It was written that room with king / queen bed is subject to availability, so it's really ok. First come first serve. I like the room anyway.
A slight glitch of the design in room 304. There is table with PowerPoint in the center of it, which couldn't be used as the hole wasn't big enough to insert the socket in. I have to do my work on the low table instead.

Nice design
Thin walls meant that you could hear neighbour's doors closing and loud conversations from neighbouring rooms.

Friendly staff, nice room, comfortable bed, good amenities provided, effective free wireless internet, access to room via proximity card. Good location.
Small room, although quite expensive (SG$ 250++). Room didn't have drawers for clothes (had to leave shirts & other clothes in my bag). No breakfast included, although room price high. Charged small amenities, eg: rice crackers. No shoe polish provided. Room service very expensive. Water in shower was at most warm, never able to put it hot. Very nosiy as had a pub on the roof and especially Friday night wasn't able to sleep. Restaurant, too expensive compared to quality offered. Messages delivered sometimes too late (eg: invitation to a free event at the restaurant, got it after I went back to hotel and event finished).
